The Company is located in the town of Hagonoy, in the province of Bulacan, in the Philippines. This town is approximately 40 miles north of Manila.

The Municipality of Hagonoy is inhabited by local labor force involved in fishing, farming and garment manufacturing industries with a population of over 150,000 people. Being away from the metropolitan areas of Manila, this town is not influenced by any organized labor and minimum wage is lower than in the cities.

Although Philippine labor rate is higher than that of Vietnam, China, India, Bangladesh etc., it becomes a good alternative to those areas for lower volume and quality manufacturing that otherwise cannot be accommodated in those countries like China, Vietnam, India and Bangladesh.
